Good thought! I thought about that too, however I'm basing it off my rear bumper, that has a giant wingnut that holds my swingout in place. The wingnut force applied to the threads squeezes the hi lift, thus it cannot bounce. We'll see in the prototypes!

Thanks for replying, I really appreciate the feedback!

    Alright, drum roll please!

This is a rough model of what my rack could look like, with some additional options. Please note, my RTT model took me all of 15 seconds to make, and is very rough haha

All or none of it will change by the time I get it made! :)

    What do you guys think?

    Hi All,

    Quick update!

My prototype Softopper bedrack could potentially be made while i'm away on vacation over the next 2 weeks!

That being said, i'm on vacation and will be away for 2 weeks. When I get back, I will be 100% focused on releasing product and some other creations that'd been in the works!

Sub'd as hell, and following on ig. If you need a 3rd gen tester, I'm only a couple hours away! And if we're taking suggestions... any chance we could look into a bedrack that would fit/work with a tonneau cover?
