Ha, I know what you're saying.
I also have put handfuls of Dubble Bubble gum down their holes.
It's said they'll gobble it down and plug up their guts and die.

If only that worked for me.
Though I suppose it's possible that it HAS worked.
But a new one always appears to reopen and take over the old hole.

Anyway, I'm serious about the groundhog problem.

    I have plenty.

But I can just pop 'em from the balcony with a .22 hollow point.
Easy and doesn't alarm the neighbors.

Ha, just getting older and paring down all my possessions.

My wife has been pretty tolerant.
One day I was loading two trap guns in the trunk of the Malibu to go to an ATA trap match.
    She said to me:
"Those guns are worth more than the car, aren't they?"
I made the mistake of replying:
    "Yes, either one by itself."

BTW, now you know why I bought a used Tacoma when I got rid of that shitty Malibu.
As opposed to a fancy new one ($) like the rest of you have. :p

    It's a good one though.
    I have my priorities. :)

A guy at work just asked me and another guy if we want to paint one of his rent houses. It's single story, 800 sq ft. $400 each. I figure we can knock it out in a day. I'm in.

Ha, I got a Crossman for my 6th birthday.
And was put to work right away shooting chipmunks in Grandma's strawberry patch. :p
I suspect the gift was her idea.

I told my wife that story and what does she do?
Gets me a Crossman for Christmas.

I use it to discourage squirrels hogging the bird feeder.
A couple pumps, just enough to sting 'em good.

I had coon and groundhog growing up on the farm.
How many people can say that?
Grandma cooked 'em. My Mom refused. :p
