    $315 GS59-940 Dobinsons Pair of Rear Shocks Compatible with Toyota Tacoma 4x4 2005-2018 - GS59-940

    Front: S59-221 w/ C59-302 coils

    Already have OME cs047r dakkar leaf pack in rear 2.75" lift. Will remove third leaf to decrease rear lift by 15mm and improve ride quality.

    Will report with feedback on ride quality and lift gain. I am hopeful the ride will improve. It can't get any worse than it currently is with my OME 886, sport valving shocks, and heavy load dakkar pack.

    Looking good looking good ... I've seen a few comparisons around, really curious as to the ride quality between TRD Sport stock and any Dobsinsons setup, my long term goal is 2 or 2.5 inches of lift, no more, so nothing too crazy, and I'm a fan of aals, not lift blocks for the back. Excited to see these products in the Tacoma world, Lord knows the 4runner and Landcruiser departments just love 'em

    @Dobinsons Mike I ran your gear on my 5th GEN 4runner and it was great! thinking about a 3" setup w/UCAs to replace my 5100/OME setup.... if I drive down to Miami can you guys do the install as well?

    That's cool. We have local shops that can do it for you, but we are only a distribution warehouse here. No store or installs.

    Ride quality is improved with a Dobinsons twin tube strut over the factory strut or shock. The Dobinsons struts have bigger bodies with more oil and better valving. Also, better seals as well. Most of our customers mention the truck rides better than stock immediately after their first test drive.

    Yes, correct. "Better" as in that's the way the suspension should come from the factory. At least that's what most customers tell us.
