Well you can't win with gas...Summer gas is here, but Gas prices rise in 4 weeks right as they switch from winter to summer blend..So my gas mileage goes from 17.5mpg x 20.5 gallons 358.75 miles... $2.10x20.5=44.075/358.75miles = $0.122 per mile....Now I'm getting 19.5 miles per gallon but gas is $2.39...So 19.5x20.5=399.75 2.39*20.5=48.995/399.75miles = $0.122 per mile so whether they use summer gas or winter gas because they charge you more for the higher fuel economy in the heavier long chain summer blend you end up with the same cost per mile..You are just using more gas in the winter...so that's saving the environment, right?

Gonna get a couple of prices on paint. Can’t see it costing that much. And I will just save up and get it fixed.

Can't believe it's already Opening Day. Haven't looked it up, but just feels like a week earlier than normal.

Plus side is a West Coast mid-week game I'll actually be able to watch some of.

How can you tell summer gas is here or not? My 3-ton brick managed 21 mpg doing 80mph on the way back from Canada. Maybe it'll do better soon.

Careful @Noelie84 , some people that wander into the 3rd gen section don't come out.

So issue with the 4runner turns out to be range position sensor connected to the tranny. Dealer wants 580 to install a new one. Seems super pricey based off what I have seen online. Anyone know anymore about these things?

I think he was in the 3rd gen section today, so we must be understanding of how that area can screw with someone.

No, 47k miles. Trying to see about adding an extended up to like 100-125k but they said it might have a 30 day no use policy. Might do it and try to ride it out...I paid 700 for a 125k one for my taco, so this repair could be close to the overall insurance cost.

I think he meant to quote my post about him in the 3rd gen section.

He may have physically come out of it, but did he mentally?

    ;)
