Some of those parks are very private so you either have to rent the park or go when they have an open weekend. The bigger ones are open every weekend. Most are in TN, AL, GA, a couple in SC.

TN will be easy for me because my family lives there so I can go visit them for a week and hit a couple parks.

Windrock and AOP. Windrock is like 100,000 acres or something like that.

Yeah they have all sorts of stuff there. Shooting range, mountain biking, offroading, etc. On my list to go to this yr.

I am actually going nuts trying to decide between a cot or an air bed. I have a queen size aerobed at home but in my tent it will occupy the entire floor and turn it into a bouncy house. Very comfy but wack as hell. I have two sleeping bags at home already I am testing out and three more in my Amazon cart. I was looking at camp stoves today.

    It is definitely happening!!

When I finally go up to @68dave place near Green Ridge I am definitely taking my Blendtec blender for all kinds of frozen drinks!!!

Those 4 bolts. Replace them one at a time. Don’t leave either side completely unsupported.

    -remove stock bolt
-put new bolt in so it juuuust peeks through
    -put skid on
-tap bolts all the way through

    Instructions are on mobtown website

Have you compared your speedo to a gps based app? Just to see how off it is? Just curious.

Cots are good if you are a still sleeper. I’m a wide fella so that’s even more so. An XL cot usually worked well for me. I only ever bought cheap air mattresses so I would always wake up in the middle of the night with them deflated and my body on the ground. Now I just use a sleeping pad. I’ll admit it’s not too comfortable, but it’s simpler to me to just roll it up in the morning and go.

Summer gas (yes, it's a thing) helps too. Mine go up at least 2 in the summer.

Here is the cot I am looking at (42" wide x 80" long):

    https://www.amazon.com/Ozark-Trail-OZARK-XXL-Deluxe/dp/B07D8S7CQH

And here is the air bed I am looking at (38" wide x 76" long x 22" high) instead of the one I have:

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075G3586V/ref=twister_B076KJ51F7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I am spoiled and need big and comfy when I sleep. I need to research running a 120v pump outta the truck bed outlet.
