    An SBR is anything under 16 inches with a tax stamp and stock, a pistol is anything under 16 with a lower sold as a pistol and with either no stock or a brace.

    Nah under 10” with no stock. 11-15.5 is sbr, 7-10.5 is pistol.

    Also a pistol has a 4” port sbr is out to 7”
