    Hello,
i'm thinking of putting a fox 2.0 on front and the dakar ome leaf pack medium duty, now my question is do i need to change the shocks in the back also, is a 2018 trd off road and that will give a couple of inches front and back, that is perfect for what i need.
    Thank you for the help.

Yes, your factory shocks are not long enough. They will over extend, with the Dakar leaf pack.

Are you going to be running any extra weight? (sliders, skids, bumper, winch, stuff in the bed, etc)

Look into adding 2-3 degrees of angle to the rear axel.

It may be worth it to wait on those. I'm running 2" OME lift with no shims and no vibration. I could also just be one of the lucky ones.

The factory shocks are the limiting factor even with the factory leafs. This is by design. So other than limiting leaf extension, its not an issue to keep the factory shocks. Myself...I'd rather not lose the extension and I'd go with longer shocks if I changed the leaf pack.
