I figured you all around here would probably know a little bit more than just asking around the internet. lol
Over the past 2 months or so my Tacoma has been intermittently throwing codes for both banks running rich. I've replaced the MAF sensor about a month ago and it ran fine for about two weeks before throwing another CEL for the same thing: p0172 and p0175.

I also replaced the PCV valve, not sure if that would actually change anything but it was getting grimy anyway.
Freeze-frame of the data from when it threw the light: https://imgur.com/a/J3B6eKa
I'm pretty much on the water so the barometric pressure is correct.

Truck has the URD Intake (with no MAF calibrator), but that's been on for nearly two years with no issues so I don't believe that to be the cause. No rough idling and truck seems to run alright. It currently gets about 18-20mpg.
Thanks for any help or any ideas!

Will look into this in a few days when I have access to a better reader.
I've done that before, but I'll try it again.

    Alright.
Apologies for the long silence, had some medical issues that took priority.
Yesterday with my personal OBD reader, and the check engine light on:

Starting at idle at :05 seconds, then sitting at 3K at 0:26-28, then releasing the gas at 0:42 seconds.
This was taken a few weeks ago, when the light was off:
    Long Term Trims:

    and Short Term:

I've only ever put regular gas from the same Exxon station, if that makes a difference.
Again only mods I have the URD intake and an Aero Turbine muffler.
I cleaned out the maf with maf cleaner, but the light came back about a week (~200mi) later.

Ok well since the fuel trims did not return to normal when you raced the engine that means its not a vacuum leak. You are looking at a sensor issue or a weak fuel pump. Can you get me a maf sensor voltage reading from your scan tool with just the key in the on position. Not running.

I'd start looking at 02 sensors with fuel trims like that. Regardless of whether it had thrown that code or not.

My scanner doesn't seem to support MAF voltage. I'll have to look into getting one or a multi-meter (I believe that's what'd be needed for that anyway)
However, the darn check engine light went off when I was coming down the highway. I had to pull over and shut it off a few times to adjust things in the bed, and when I started it up the light went off. It's bizarre. Would anything else by symptomatic of a fuel pump issue?
Would they cause the light to be intermittent?
