I see that Offutt is partially flooded, how bad is it? I don't recall if they had much problems when this last happened in 2o11

1/3 of the base. Pictures online are pretty amazing if you go looking for them.

if the water keeps rising might have to make it a Naval Base lol
I would think that President Trump would want to make a special visit to inspect first hand, I don't recall that Obama ever came here 8yrs ago!? I am fairly sure that Bush made a visit here on 9/11

my favorite little town of Wahoo! had one route cut off after one of the bridges washed away out on highway 275/92
it's one of the best places to take a small in-state road trip

current estimates of damage is over $600 million just in NE
I took a short drive the other day out to Louisville over the platte river on highway 50, that river was raging like i have never seen before (its usually very calm and quiet)

welcome to the good life  hope you weren't affected by the recent flood
i was down in Bellevue this past week and that 75 is quite rough on the overpasses, its going to be a long drive to KC this summer down 75 :( unless they get I-29 reopened but I am seriously doubting it

:tumbleweed: its gonna take 2+ months to get the routes open to Wahoo! down 92 ... without having to drive all the way around
unless there is a hidden shortcut :notsure:

some good news I read today...

initial estimates of the 'road and bridge' damage have been re-estimated down quite a bit
that should make the rest of the country happy that they don't have to shell out near as much to help repair the 'fly over' country
still quite a bit of debate going on in DC I heard, suppose it is normal

far western part of the state is still in heavy snow and rain
    anybody here from Chadron area?
