    Did Idaho always have a large wolf population, or was this the result of the reintroduction of wolves in and around Yellowstone in the 90's?

    that makes sense. I dont know much about taxidermy. my shoulder mounts have a half seem on the back of the neck.

    They got "re-introduced..." unfortunately...its put a hurt on the elk population but they have been making a comeback in the last few years. I could handle them getting rid of the wolves.

    I had one guy in Southern MD that did taxidermy But I dont know if he did full mounts. He was decent...took a while but that was just because he was backlogged.

    kind of funny story, buddy i rode to work with went and took classes for taxedermy. soo, he said if you kill one ill mount it for free to pratice. well took a normal size 8pt to him and i bought the form. his first deer! said your deer is ready. he was proud. went in to get it and GEEZ!! it looked like it had rabies and riding a harley but he actually got pretty good before he passed away!’ill never foreget the eyes stuck out looked like they followed you across the room. good memories
