Dog seat cover Duluth

Does anyone have the Duluth Mobile Mudroom? Seems spendy compared to other options, but if it's durable and does what it's supposed to, it'll be $ well spent.

I have a 19 DCab, and three morons that range from 65lbs to 115lbs. The trio won't be in the truck simultaneously .

Any input on this thing is appreciated.

I have Scout's seat saver but not the mobile mudroom. I like it and would recommend it. I suspect the Mobile Mudroom would be good too.

This doesn't look bad - and the price isn't over the top either. I don't know about the hammock holding from the "oh shit" handles though. I feel like that would bother me from a visibility perspective. The big thing that's been ruined in my truck by mine is the door card. It's totally trashed and I'm not sure if it's even salvageable. All drool related. If I could go back I would've focused on covering that well. There's some solutions out there that do that but not well - this one may leave a gap if you have droolers.

I hadn't considered the lack of visibility. I have blind spot monitoring, which should help. I rely on that waayy more than I should.

I like that cover, but it doesn't cover the doors at all. None if my dogs drool badly, but they shed ridiculously. Anything I can do to contain the hair to the cover would keep my truck cleaner.

Did you find any door protectors that worked well?

its been my experience with 4 different dog covers ( not the deluth) that they break too easily/ are a pita. So, i just lay my seats downs and have a waxed canvas tarp on it.

 

To be honest, the hunt continues for that. Everyone I had required adhesive on the door card or came out when the windows went up or down.

Heres mine for reference (85lbs so I'm struggling a bit here).

i have 1x 62lb fur missile. Shes awesome, but when it comes to the inside of the truck, less damage would occur with untied muddy bowling balls in the back of my truck. If you plan on taking all 3 of them at the same time, id really consider a bed cap.

 

This one work great for me. Two 65lb german shorthairs.

Scout's seat saver has been good. I've only had it for 6 months but it's held up well. No issues.

I remember those days. Our youngest is almost 7, so they're all kinda in chill mode

 

Yes at that age they are the perfect dogs, and then they leave us. We lost both of our dogs last year 3 months apart, both were 13 years old

 

Ouch, that would be tough.

We rescued our oldest almost 9 years ago from a pound. We think he was about 4 at the time, so he probably doesn't have too much longer

 

Dogs should live as long as humans. I like and trust my dog more then humans. It is a good thing you rescued your dog. No matter how many years they have left, by rescuing you give them their best years

 

I have the 4knines hammock style .

It folds down quick if ppl need to ride in the back. Has velcro slots for seat belts for the humans . It's water proof. I just hose it off. I actually use is almost 100% of the time. Throw my boots and work gear back there and don't have to worry about spills or junk on seats.

No matter what you get I highly recommend any hammock style cover for rear seats!

I have the 4knines hammock and door covers to and love it,my pooch is 85lbs.

 

Update to this.

We bought the $90 Duluth one with a 10% off coupon the wife found.

It's slightly bigger than I would like, but seems extremely well made. I think this will hold up for years, but time will tell. Overall, very happy with it.
