Had to have it explained to me....The bolt heads on the Armco guard rails are NOT Braille messages to move to the right or left....Seeing while you're driving is highly over-rated but maybe a good thing, body damage wise....:D

One of mine took a dump, so I'm back to stock bulbs. You're welcome to the one that still works if you want it.
Those bulbs lasted years in my Ranger, but not so much in the Tacoma. German bulbs, I think. If changing the headlight bulbs was as easy as the turn/DRL's I would get some more silverstars, but I'm not chasing those f'ing bulb clips around the garage anymore.

Dual battery.
The lights have a cut off, if it is adjusted properly, the cut off is below a normal cars windshield.

    Most are not adjusted.

I paid $35 bucks for my headlight assembly.
They are normal oem-like but fill up with water during rain

    But $35

Just found out....Our commercial lighting vendor we deal with at work handles Sylvania. He can get me SilverStar Ultra bulbs included in our monthly bulb order. I think I'll have spares on board next time one goes out!

On my late night news last night they were talking about Audi's new Laser headlights as being the most hi tech brightest head lights ever designed

Wonder when the Audi headlight mod is available for the Tacoma

Around here they use every front light they have. You can really tell who's pulling a trailer that's either too heavy, has the wrong drop hitch or the trailer is loaded wrong because their lowbeams shine in the middle of or higher than the windshield. I have seen some of the cops flip a U turn and nail them. The traffic on Hwy 95 from Yuma to YPG is literally bumper to bumper in the mornings, so if you're going against that traffic it just sucks, but you can really tell who's lights are out of adjustment.

I don't miss vehicle inspections. Minnesota must figure if you got it and it ain't rusted into the ground run em until it does. But they will stop you on the road pretty quick if you're in violation of any regulations. I heard that in some States they even give your vehicle a colonoscopy during inspection to measure exhaust emissions.
