Yup, I call it the "1100rpm lug". I am on 87 base now, I tried 87 performance and it made no difference, so I would like to try 91 perf/TG to see if helps my truck like it did for 'OriginalMan', but I just filled up with a tank of 87 so it will be a few days, even a week or so (I don't drive the truck much). CemetTaco - if you switch over to 91 perf/TG please post and let us know if you get the same results as 'OriginalMan'!!

We're adding a few extra custom tables to our overall new shift control, which will actually do a +/- compare to, based on trucks speed, to help calculate optimal shifts
(for people asking, no estimated time of release. Yes this is free update).

Mine does that on all tunes except for 1.05 87 Base and Stock. Kinda sucks to only have one of the tunes work with the truck but I guess that’s how it goes.

Hey Mat, any update on a WOT shift stumble fix for the perf tunes? I know you said it was only on 2019 trucks but my 2018 A61 bone stock Tacoma does it all the time even after 500 miles settling in. Does it on both 91 and 93. Sent email a while back. Thanks.

Do you have larger tires / gears etc?

I think this is the first I've heard of on a 2018, but larger wheels and or gears will also cause it.

This looks way harder than killing rev hang. ;)

I remember mentioned in the MT thread I already figured out what causes the 4000 rpm rev hang in the MT, just have not made the updates yet.

Yea stock truck and tires. If you think downloading Techstream and resetting all learned values will fix this I will try it. Was my next step to see if it will make a difference.

Not just that but the issue is widespread, more than just tacomas. We've got messages from folks in Australia / asia, etc all with the AC60 in various models looking for help to get the transmission under control.

I understand why you're doing all this, and appreciate your talent/focus.
We M/T folk just need a tiny bit of your unicorn piss for our trucks lol.
