A few of my red connectors fell off of the harness. What’s the best/easiest place to grab a few? Mostly so I don’t have to buy 500 of them

Lowe's/Home Depot/any home improvement store should sell them in the electrical aisle. I got a 5-pair pack for $3 at Lowe's last night. You're looking for butt connectors.

Has anyone had any issues with the connections in the PNP Harness (as pictured) itself?
If there is a flakey connection that slips by during installation but appears in the future, is there anything else in the truck that could be affected (not just the locks)?
I think I'm gonna pull that black tape off of mine and really tug on each wire individually before installation.

EDIT: I removed the tape from my PNP Harness and tested each connection. All seem secure.

Got the connectors, but the actuator stopped working after a few tries.

What is the easiest way to remove the eyelet? Having a hard time getting it off and at the point I’m afraid of breaking it.

If the red connectors fall off , try and twist the wire before crimping as this should help in not letting the wire to pull out easily, gives it a bit of something to bite onto. A sparky gave me that advice many years ago and have never had any problems with any wiring coming apart. Good luck with your installs.

Got it all installed! Great product! Ended up putting a piece of rubber mat between the actuator and metal. Definitely reduces the “clunk” sound.

I personally like the "clunk" sound.

For us that have never had a "tailgate" lock it is very reassuring to hear that "clunk" when locking it up.

For those looking for a potential holder for the Actuator, this may be a contender if you have a way of making it....

I'm not sure exactly sure how you could adapt something like this to our truck, but for one of you, maybe this will get you off and running! Who knows, maybe this is the actual PNL everyone talks about. Too much for me ;)

Is that the same actuator? Just different frame assembly?
