Alabama thread!

Prove me wrong lol. More money spent on not football. Less arguments between residents (less murders) based on football. More focus towards other things of greater importance. Everything non football related would benefit from football not existing lol.

 

See you're missing my point again show me the numbers where an out-of-state team winning generates more money for Alabama then Alabama winning

 

Prove your right. Like you said if it wasn't for football people would replace it with something else that would generate the same issues. But then again you're talkin about another fictitious scenario

 

You keep not providing the numbers for your point while simultaneously asking for me to provide numbers for mine.

Alabama losing, causes fans to spend less money at the program, and more money back home or anywhere else. More profit for those businesses you talked about because then it's not going to the football program.

Alabama football supports this whole state. Anywhere that Alabama merchandise is sold, same goes for Auburn merchandise. That money does go to city/county/state. Out of state purchases of Alabama Merchandise only support the state. I have no idea if other cities or counties get anything for the college being a gold rush during football season as far as tickets and other things

I'm sending my diffs up there for them to modify and send back. Truck will be on jack stands until they get done.

 

Ohhhh, got ya. Wish i could of done that. Was a huge expensive thats starting to hurt already. But hopfully not to long and ill get that core back.

 

This is the worst way to argue. You both should have to prove your cases, not just one side providing proof.
Anything that brings in money and jobs is a great thing to any state. I'm saying the state would be worse without Alabama Football, but I'm not dropping everything to see how much tax money the football program and all related merchandise brings in each year.

It brings hundreds of jobs to the state as @InfernoChalupa said. Alabama being such a successful sports team made Tuscaloosa.

 

The core charge isn't my reason for it. I just know how I offroad and why I need new gears. You can never tell why any potential diff you would get back from them was sent in as a core and how hard it had been used prior to you getting it. I'm sure they have good QC, but either way, I have the opportunity to park the truck and wait for my diffs to be modified and sent back.
