Predator steps, TRD cat-back, lots of orange stickers.
I'm planning a trip with a group up to Flagpole Knob this weekend. I'm rocking a bone-freaking-stock TRD Sport, and our plan is to take the Union Springs Trail route.

Will I make it up at stock ride height without beating up my new truck? Or is this a you-should-really-be-lifted kinda trail?

You can make it. Probably need to remove mud flaps and that air dam. Bring someone with a tow strap and be able to air down/up aka have an air compressor

I might be able to go, but just as a day trip. But man, i have been every weekend in March hah!

I'm sure this has been covered in this thread, but what is everyone's take on bed stiffeners? Absolutely needed or just for hard core off roaders or super heavy loads?

I don't do crazy off-road, only light (moderate at worst) off roading and I'm looking at mid-height bed bars and an RTT with two adults sleeping in it.

For $100 to never worry again that is the reason I got them. Who knows if I would ever actually ruin the bed (similar needs and setup as you) so I took the safety route and went with a "blemished" pair of @ragofabrication bed stiffeners. Best purchase for the price to ensure nothing happens. Check them out on my build thread if you want more info! Great company and price for the peace of mind:thumbsup:

Same thoughts here, and the ones I purchased from Caliraised have some nice extra mounts on them.

How do you like them? Only reason I went otherwise is I heard they aren't stainless steel
