Lol! I hear ya. I had her for a year with the stock chrome grill while trying to find the “perfect replacement “. Finally just bought a can of spray bed liner and took away some of the bling! I do like it much better but still on the lookout for “The One”. Lol

Hope you're not losing any cash with all those trades, but glad you came back around to the sensible decision. Also yeah, I'll never do black on my vehicles.

Plastidipped my fender flares this weekend and was unhappy with the lines. Ended up getting some black silicone and putting a bead around the edges. Really liking how clean it turned out

How many cans of plastidip did you use and how coats did you apply? Any clear coat on top? Been thinking of doing the same to mine.

    Recently I did these:

Glossy black rear letters from some Amazon seller:

    077828EF-01B0-41FA-8CA3-3F21DB0019D4.jpg

And if you read the first three letter backwards, it says CAT:
    F012CD98-E206-48DD-A35C-697960F5D4FC.jpg

And letters on the glove box. I originally bought some from one amazon seller that said they were “chrome black”, but I threw those away because they were actually just chrome. These ones are actually glossy black:

    0B72CAA4-0E2E-441C-9836-5472AD833F6E.jpg

And I put in a dual USB port on back of the center console, for folks in the back seat. Bagged it off the dual port inside the center console/armrest. Real easy:

    D5C98438-5E19-47D8-AC20-2DF956E96DDC.jpg

Finally, got my intermittent wipers. I was floored to buy a vehicle in 2019 that lacked intermittent wipers. Ridiculous. Used them today too.

Installed the tailgate pop and lock kit from the TW member here. Also installed the raptor style lights and tinted the back and rear door windows 20% over factory and 35% over factory on the front. My Little man approves of all the updates.

You let people ride in your back seats? If I had to carry passengers I would have gotten an access cab.

I still would've gotten an access cab. Then he'd learn young to get a job and get his own truck. Those things are uncomfortable.

Nah, I hate having to open the front door to open the back door. Just never liked that on a vehicle. I’m always putting tools and supplies and stuff in the back seat and when I run out to the truck to grab something during the work day I just want to open that one door and be quick.

I come from sedans, so I gotta have four doors, maybe I’m just weird. The few coupes I’ve had, it’s annoying to have to open that extra long door, flip the stupid seat forward, then practically climb half inside the vehicle to grab what I need from the back seat. On top of that, my body is full of arthritis, and my lower back is trashed, so leaning half into a vehicle to grab something from the back seat like that is literally a pain!

So, four doors was a very conscious choice.
