true I guess you can look at it any way you want but a hundred pennys do make a dollar and the dollar is what the budget is based on

 

Would 1% of my check affect my lifestyle? No. Just like 1% doesnt affect Alabama as a whole. That's just how it is.

I never said I'm going to give it away. The same as the fact Alabama football isnt going away. That doesn't get rid of the fact it's a small impact. Period.

 

I bet the state planners for Alabama's budget would notice 1% and probably want to impose another 1% gas tax too but that wouldn't affect the whole state

 

But those companies would be in the other stuff!! This isnt poof Alabama disappears and they all scramble. The entire 1% doesn't just go away. Fans spend that money elsewhere without that avenue to spend it.

 

You are twisting this. The 1% Alabama produces doesnt go to the whole state. The entire population doesn't see portions of that 1%. Only portions of the state do. And once you start dividing it down its very little. Its just not a substantial impact.


Imagine I have 100$. Now i give you 1% and you have to share that with all of the Tacoma world Alabama members. Well that's not much is it?
