Guessing Choice grade at that price. And not aged correctly. But still bet it was pretty good. Ribeye is good but Ribeye capsteak is better. Especially if it graded prime or better. So did you sear and slide or reverse sear? It is all about the sear.. Well OK and hope it was wrapped in bacon.

Well most of Mt. is the Big Sky Country. Only a little sliver of it is Mountains like most picture it. The license plates tell the true story LOL. Not that there is anything wrong with the big sky country.

One of the many reasons I like you Martin. Let it burn... And not going to waste time or energy on those that don't understand it. Have some pictures someplace about the burns from Mn. to NY on the Canadian side. Duh... Not fun when you're camping in a tent while the fuel is going up in flames.

That right there is why they make research run SAS, Statistical Analyst System software data by me first. Lies. I would kill that request for further research in seconds. Actually milliseconds

I need to make a road trip to cook a steak for you my good lady. Have a feeling you would not complain. We seem to sing on the same sheet of music much of the time :) Hope all is well with you. Know that you are going through a tough time and sorry but just don't have words for it. There are no words for it. But I am thankful for the pictures I have taken. Not just of hunting either.

As is your pups. No matter how old they get those of us that love them tend to think of them as pups. Sniper was 14 when I took that picture. Hang in there Susan. After Sniper passed over the Rainbow bridge swore that I was done. Nova is now 4. But he is the last one. Willed him to a friend that I hunt with and he climbed in bed with him every night instead of me LOL. But not really a laughing matter, who can take him if I am not around to do so. And care and love him to the same level that I do. Tough call and I am done with it after this round. Well with luck maybe not... the responsibility is high. But the rewards are even higher.

They will always be pups!! I have 2 pups, so hopefully I will never lose them both at the same time. I need someone at home and make me go for walks. I will rescue a pup when we are ready. Gonna be a smaller dog this time. If something happens to me, Zoie is supposed to go back to her breeder.... If she's not around, son will find her a new home. Rewards

 And here is hoping that nothing happens to you in the next couple of decades!

One of the reasons went with a Toller years ago. Smaller. Tried an English Setter, a rescue Lew, few years ago because I missed the beauty of a dog on point. He was a mule in the house and had no house manners. Hated to do it but sent him down the road and he ended up in ND with a dentist that hunted from horse back. 1K plus yards in wolf country was a deal breaker for me. Among other things. Great personality and lovable but dumb as a box of rocks. Spent 6 months before I gave up.

Tried a rescue Toller from Texas 2 years ago thought Nova could use a companion. Spent more than $1k out of pocket on him and it was hell for Nova. Went 6 months with him trying to "fix" him, including getting him fixed. But in the end he went back to Texas. I am done with rescues. Many work out but many also have issues. A lot of issues. Too old to do the puppy thing again. But too experienced to do the rescue thing also. For me. As much work as it is to work with a blank slate and let me raise it proper with socialization and exposure I will take it. And love. The first couple of months are critical in the nurture cycle that is hard to overcome later. IME at least. But I am done with dogs they interfere with travel and life. Erhh sorry, and excuse me they are one of the main reasons for living for me. Not giving up yet. The very definition of loyal and unconditional love. If you have the right one. Pretty sure you know what I am trying to say at least hope so.

    Good morning.

Yes, I said I was taking the weekend off but I'm going to the donut shop down the street because the guy who owns it also sells prefab storage sheds. I'm finally going to get one for the salt pallets at work and the guy who owns the donut shop is very religious and closes the shop on Sunday's. So I just have today if I'm going to get this done. I already have a solar fan to put in the roof so we're pretty much set.
