    2 things to check lol:

First, there is an airlock in the cooling system - if you haven't had the coolant drained since the last time the heater worked, and the level is good, its probably not the cause. You can feel that the heater hoses are hot going in and out from the firewall. Blockage is also a possibility, but hot hoses in and out will confirm the coolant is flowing. If your coolant reservoir is empty however, you probably have a slow leak somewhere and could have also reached this condition.

The other possibility is that the electronic actuator for the blend air door has bit the dust, and will need to be replaced, or has become blocked by some of the insulating foam in the cabin airbox.

First on my list when I get back in town. Meant to do it Monday but it slipped my mind.

Now that I think about it, I haven't checked the coolant in a while but to be honest, truck hasn't been driven much at all this winter so it could use a full day in the garage.

I consider most of you friends and I feel I owe you this while I can still convince myself to share what’s going on.

I don’t have the strength or energy to type it all again.
But I will tell you where all the info is and if you chose to go look you can.

    Love you guys...

Hopefully I will talk to you all again after a couple weeks

Sounds like you need a break from your surroundings and current mental state. PM here, call, or text if you have my number.
Get ahold of one of us "regulars" and someone will scoop you up and go wheeling or just to vent.

Update 4/7/19 : still at the hospital, they have me in patient on the Med floor
They have done xrays, ultrasounds, and on Monday are doing a GI snake because they don’t “understand” why I can’t eat solid foods without tossing it up...
I’ve gone from 237lbs to 210 as of Thursday and it still seems to be falling.
They have me on bed rest and only allowed to leave bed in a wheel chair.
Once they feel I am stable I will be moved over to the MH floor for in patient treatment and care til they feel I have improved and then they will reassess my health and situation.
So for now..... I’m here for a while I guess.

This place is hell and I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemies.

So I finally got a quote back from Bent Fab.
The way they do their pricing is a bit fucky... for anything complex, its really good, for anything simple, its really not good. :(
Basically they charge a flat rate per nearest foot of tubing, regardless of bend quantity. Building custom tube chassis and cages is their main line of work, so it probably simplifies the math a lot for them, and still works out well for all involved.

I was expecting a 20%-30% markup on material then about $15 a bend within rated wall thickness, with some clause about out of plane bends...

Basically for how much they want to charge me for 5 pieces of tube with 2 bends each... I'm gonna call up Metal Supermarkets tomorrow to make sure they stock DOM 1.5" tubing locally, then order a bender.

I'll confirm tomorrow, but I should be able to bend 1.5" tubes for random shit... if anyone still needs that sort of thing done.

Also, if any of you has a tube bender already... please speak up now lol.

Unfortunately this will impact my RTT budget :(

Doubt it lol. Hey, silly I know but, make sure you buy tube dies and not pipe dies as the OD is not true on the pipe dies. Ask me how I know lol. Also, most use 1.75x tube instead of 1.5x

I still don't have a bender or a bender guy
