I need new front shocks if I ever want to run this bumper and winch. Looks like fogs and LED bar is gonna have to wait awhile. I need 3” @ 700lb springs. I’m thinking of ADS. Anybody have anything to say about them, good or bad?

trailer axles... who has some decent knowledge on them? im wanting to swap out the axle on my trailer build. its the stock axle from the 2000 tacoma, 4.10 gears. i would like to keep the suspension as far as leaf springs/shocks. and would prefer to keep the length and keep it 6 lug so i can continue using the wheels i have on it now. any places local to merced/modesto area i should check out? never messed with trailer axles, so im assuming i will have to weld on some spring perches and shock mount tabs so it works with current suspension

Performance-wise they've been good, as good as any other brand, but rebuilding is a bitch. Done it twice now and wouldn't recommend it. If you would be sending them out for that then it's a moot point. My next purchase will be Kings

Just replied to your PM but have had a good experience with my ADS setup. I’m finally rebuilding mine after 50k miles but having Milo do it. I’ll second jay’s point, Milo had an issue trying to open the rear shock caps so they might be a bitch to rebuild yourself.

That’s unfortunate. What is the price range and down time for repair?

Anyone know where I can get a replacement nut for the big piece of plastic covering the engine.

Got paid today (usually when payday falls on a sunday, we have to wait until monday for the direct deposit)

So, finances are in order. Gunna be giving Wheelers alot of money tomorrow morning. One thing i have thought of that i dont have... suspension/bushing grease (assuming red & tacky wont work for bushings) and some more 75-90 for the diff/Tcase. The excitement is getting real

I use Super Lube on Poly bushings. You can get it on Amazon and I think some Napas carry it.

You can also get the good shit that Energy Suspensions includes with their bushings in a tub on Amazon
