    Tried chasing them with a new bolt . I think I’m either going to helicoil it or just get a new spindle.


    Anyone know the part number for the spindle?

    Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
    only thing id trust is a time sert. helicoil is kinda weak for something like that.. probably best to replace the spindle seeing how 1st gens dont like balljoints and their bolts

    I usually use a punch and smack the part that was staked but in the opposite direction. Or small chisel point.

    There is no gap to work with.

    edit. The trans mount crossmember is also in the way.. I have one small screw driver that might work to get into the small gap but no way to get a good swing at it.
