Depends on the demand. I have enough material to make 20 more and if the demand isn’t there when these are gone, I won’t make anymore until the demand is there.

Just installed mine today. Was relatively easy and took me around 30mins to do the install. I didn’t have to bleed it either which was nice because I didn’t have someone around to push the pedal for me. Thanks @Trident904

Anyone on the fence about doing this, go for it. This has made my truck so much more enjoyable. I have no idea why Toyota put that piece of crap on this transmission but good riddance. I suspect that the accumulator is terrible for synchros. Wish I’d done this sooner.

My delete leaked no matter how tight it was. When I finally took it off I noticed the flare was not the same as the factory one but more importantly it was flared at a slight angle which would definitely cause a leak. Not happy.

The flares are the same as the factory one. There’s only one kind of double flare. If it leaked, it wasn’t installed correctly. I’ve built over 120 of these and only had a couple leak because they weren’t tightened enough.

I installed the OEM accumulator back in with zero issues.

The problem I found with the fittings is that when you think they’re tight, they’re not seated. I had the same issue on mine when I first did it and it took a couple of extra turns to get it seated right.

I understand. While I am not a body builder, I did tighten with everything I got. It still leaked and not cross threaded or anything. Again, I reinstalled the accumulator and tightened the same way with no issues.

That was the issue I had the first time. There is a sleeve in the return cylinder that once tightened enough will flatten 2 threads and then you’ll know it’s seated.

Yep got to that point. Not a problem. I am going to try an alternative and if I cannot get that to work, then it is on me.

No worries. It was a frustrating experience as I was not in the most comfortable position getting that thing on and off.

How reliable are these kits? Do they increase/decrease pedal travel and depress effort? Does engagement point at pedal change compared to stock? Does this kit reliably and consistently engage/disengage clutch and fly wheel during shifts?
