Its seems like the tire manufacturers sites aren't up to date and am searching for an aggressive tire in the C load range. Was originally looking at KM3's, maybe even Duratracs because of snow. Anything in a 285, to 315's or 35's, any help is appreciated.

C will be rare. C rated tires are most commonly found on 15" wheels and your options will be very limited in 16 and 17" Wheels. Load C are pretty much for Jeeps

Typically when you bump up to 16" and 17" wheel the tires that are available are Load D and Load E

My C's are BFG KO2's in 265/70/17. You can't get them in every size. My next set will be Bridgestone Dueler Revo3's in 265/65/17. Love the KO2's but they rub a little at full lock so I'm going to the 265/65's. The Stones are C and only 40 pounds. I don't need anything more for what I do.

Most tire retail websites will have the option to display only selected load ratings (e.g. C, D, E...)

Same tire here and I really dig it. I actually liked the look of the stock OR wheels, but BFG doesn't make KO2s in C range for 16" wheels! Ah well, it was a good excuse to pick up some new 17" Method 701s!

E rated tires are crazy overkill for 99% of the people that have them. They just kill mpg and ride very rough. My 2 cents. I have c rated ko2’s.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Falken Wildpeak AT3 and BFG KO2 come in C rated... I know because I'm getting ready to buy a new set of tires and I have it narrowed down to these.

Nitto makes a C rated but they are more money than I'm wanting to spend.

The size I'm looking at is 285/70R17

Makes sense, I noticed on most sites the c rated ones are mostly 15"

    Go to tiresize.com
Search whatever size you’re looking for and it’ll bring up almost every tire manufactured in that size. You can get all the specs you want on them there like actual size and weights. You can filter results by specific load ratings as well. It’s a very helpful website

Easiest way to find your size in C is go here and enter your size, then after you get your results, use the filter button for load rating. It gives you a pretty good idea on brands and models.

I see you running stock wheels, I might do that, what load range are yours, and are yours 285/70, or 285 75's?
