    Hey I don’t have a 3rd gen so I’m not familiar with his display. Is it showing his average mileage at 16mpg or his current mileage at 16? I thought his current mileage is the blue line

    ECT on actually does matter..lol that looks about right. Turn it off if you’re concerned about it not shifting into 6th.

    2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD OR "Rocky"
    ECT PWR in laymen's terms is a "short burst of power" according to Toyota. ECT means "Electronically Controlled Transmission," so its like an "on-the-fly tune" for the transmission to help with passing, towing, etc. It's not shifting into 6th (presumably) because that button tells the trans. that you need power that is accessible in 5th. Turn ECT PWR off it will fix your issue. (correct me if im wrong because I just got a new tacoma a couple weeks ago)
