    Vettle is "...due to meet with the stewards at 9.15pm local time for "driving unnecessarily slowly" on an in-lap.

    This occurred during the first qualifying segment.

    The stewards want to determine if Vettel breached the sporting regulations and failed to observe and instruction from race director Michael Masi.

    Article 27.4 of the sporting regulations states that "at no time may a car be driven unnecessarily slowly, erratically or in a manner which could be deemed potentially dangerous to other drivers or any other person".

    In Masi's race director notes prior to the event, drivers had been reminded that to ensure they were not going unnecessarily slowly on in-laps that they must stay "below the maximum time set by the FIA between the safety car lines shown on the pitlane map".

    Drivers were informed of this maximum time after Friday practice    ."
