    Hello out there. My name is Carrie and of course im a female who doesnt know much about vehicles so I need some help and thats why im here. I wanted to put new hubs on my truck but i have steel wheels that hubs dont fit on. Therefore I want to go to aluminum rims and I need to know if anyone out there knows what the biggest size wheel will fit my 2014 double cab short box toyota tacoma?????? Can anyone help me with this, please and thank you lol. In the mean time its nice to be able to meet new people.

    Anything 16" and up should fit without problems. As for your steel wheels as long as the hub bore on the wheel is 106mm you shouldnt have a problem either. Welcome in

    All the usual diesel truck mods- fuel system upgrade, programmer, CAI, intake manifold, 60MM stealth turbo
    Just for affirmation - it’s the wheel bore, bolt pattern that determines if it’ll fit weather it’s steel or aluminum. There’s no advantage for you to deviate from what is stock - only limitations. From there the only difference is in the lug nuts when going from steel to aluminum. I definitely would not go any bigger than 18” diameter but much rather stay with 16-17” diameter. For rim width I wouldn’t go any wider than 10”- absolute max. Even that width and Wider than that will start causing all kinds of fitment issues - spindle contact or weird back spacing issues eat. Welcome to the family!
