    No problem, yeah just let me know whenever if you still need it.

    Surgery was minor. Had a bump behind my knee, figured I should get it checked out in case it was cancerous or something. Turned out it was nothing but they said it wouldn't be a simple procedure & that i would have to be put to sleep. I thought nothing of it but I woke up with 10 staples on the backside of my knee! I almost fainted when i saw them. Lol. I recovered fine, just took a while. Thanks.

    Yep, this thing is going to remain in the family. No plans to ever sell. Totally cool with it being 2WD - son is a year or 2 away from outdoor adventures, overnight fishing, etc. It'll take me where I want to go... FOR NOW.

    Nice, I hear it's not easy to weld compared to other metals. And forging it is even harder. I will never know though.

    who better to do the swap than you... seriously. I'm curious, just how difficult would it be to actually do the complete ADD/vacuum lines, blah blah blah conversion? I have read very little on the subject to date. Just some quick review of a few threads. I so should've bought 4WD.

    All these awesome trip reports some of these guys churn out - :drool:

    manual hubs is way easier. but ADD shouldnt be too hard.. from my understanding the prerunners have the 4WD computers in them

    no kidding... I thought the ECU would have to be swapped out for sure. cool - good to know. Manual would be a lot easier of course but that little pushbutton :thumbsup:

    I wish I had a shop, sometimes. This is all in 2/3 of a 2 car garage with no room to spare. If I did have more room I'd buy a surface grinder, I want one so bad. But I don't have to pay overhead for a shop (machining is just a hobby) & I like being able to just walk into the garage & work on something. :)

    i have yet to actually confirm this but ive heard from some people that the ECU is in there unused. i'll start tearing into his this summer. dash has to come out to fix a rattle. so i'll see then
