USB plug

    is it possible to add a USB plug to the left of the steering wheel

    There are places where it could go but not sure where the wiring should go to

    Factory Blackout package, Soft roll up bed cover, Cheap seat covers, Front and rear dash cam, AVS in channel vent visors
    There is a fuse box right under the dash near the driver door. A fuse tap and you are good to go.

    Fues taps or add a fuse are easy to do. You can get them from Amazon or Auto parts stores. I used one for my dash cam. Our trucks use the low profile mini fuses in the cab, they have a fuse tap for all fuse sizes. The tap shown in the second pic is not the correct one, just one that came in the kit. Just run your ground wire to the bolt seen toward the bottom in the first pic. There is a correct orientation for the tap to go in order to provide proper protection for both components, many people don't realize this. Choose what plug you want and where you want it and run your wires there.
