Picked up my truck after getting the gold package ceramic pro treatment and custom trd off road hood decal (from tacomaworld)

For anyone one the fence about ceramic it’s worth it IMO. Sheds water, dirt and snow like crazy. Also it looks awesome all the time now. I’ll try and get better pics it was raining/snowing when I got it.

Got a safety recall notice. Looked on the toyota owners site and it looks like a recall on the PCS radar.

Just checked on this. Looks like my VIN is included. Can’t stand the thought of dealership personnel touching my truck.

Well then drive it and get the thought of your truck being on the recall list out of your head.

Unfortunately the truck will have to go in and have the safety recall performed. Doesn’t change the fact that I can’t stand the thought of dealership personnel touching my truck. Lol

Then I suggest a session with a good Hypnotist to erase such thoughts from your memory.

    87 fuel added as needed.
The sad part is this - I'm sure my dealer won't tell me...until I inquire...and they'll still likely put it off a few weeks. This will be fun.

Did some visual upgrades on Saturday. Not warm enough to derp, but these have been hanging around since Christmas, so I figured it was time.IMG_20190330_132034909_HDR.jpg

My truck is currently in the shop getting an Icon Stage 3 kit put on, with TRD pro wheels, and Toyo 285/75r16 tires. Also installed my Tacovinyl Raptor grille and Tacomabeast headlights over the weekend. Pics to come later...

Mine too! Although I’m still trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with it. I assume that the truck wants to lock up the brakes if it “thinks” you ‘bout ta crash?

Although, fun fact: I am officially the first 2018 Taco to schedule an appointment for this recall.

Now just have to wait for May to get here. o_O

I'm all about parking farther away in larger lots too, and never next to a shopping cart return if I have to park close to a store. I think parking across two spots draws more attention back to myself tho, and not necessarily good attention. Hopefully, both of us are right and avoid any unnecessary dings!

i only do this at work. In normal situations, i still park in the back/off the side, but only take up 1 spot. Perferably next to curb so if someone were to park next to me, it would only be 1 car not 2.

Does anyone know what fairing this is on this OEM roof rack? This is a screenshot from a youtube video and I'm curious of the brand/make of the fairing in between the roof rack on the front.

    Thanks.
