Just a bunch of old crap
I'll measure my brackets tomorrow and see how close to that 21.38" mark they are. The brackets on the bumper do flex just a little bit so there's about 1/4" extra tolerance if you bend them with pliers or something.

Hey, what do you recommend? The 3x2 18w or the 2x2 20w. What’s the difference between those twos?

does anybody know how much the location of the lightbar effects how well it performs? i have seen some of you guys install a lightbar behind the grill of the front bumper and i have seen some of you guys install in front of the grill of the front bumper. does it really effect the performance? im only asking because im interested in installing a front bumber lightbar but im unsure if I should install it in front or behind the bumper grill. any input would be much appreciated Thanks

For the fog location, I would recommend the 18 3x2. The 20w 2x2 is an all spot concentrated beam. Where the 18w 3x2 is still a spot but not as concentrated so it provides a little more spread.

In regards to the light output from behind the grille compared to in front. You are not losing any noticeable light at all. I personally love the behind the grille look of the light bar.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
