yea i wont stand for that. i will personally fly out and deal with this in person if i have to. her parents are there now, theyre going to be there for a week or so to help her out and find her a car. I've got my cousin out there seeing if he can find her something decent for the 5-6 grand im assuming they'll give us for the van she had. she was going to fly home in a few weeks and we were going to go sky diving.. but thats not happening now more than likely. dont need to risk more trauma.. doc said she hit her head pretty good. and thats not something i like to hear.

Time to seek legal counsel. If there's a question now to who was at fault, the fact there are injuries - I would reach out to an accident attorney for legal advice. Be careful leaving it soley in the hands of insurance. Just a thought. Glad she's ok though. F-ing scary stuff.

 

her parents are going to talk with a lawyer. the other drivers story changed when they found out my GF had no recollection of the accident. i can only do so much unless i fly out. but she doesnt want me missing work so i'll hold off unless im needed

That's no good, I would think the hospital would keep them at Bay for a little while. Hard to expect a person who doesn't have a recollection of the events sign off on someone else's recollection of it. Thieves, the lot of them

 

very much so. i hate dealing with insurance. lol like i said im still dealing with things after 2 years. oh well. i finally got my settlement that paid for alot plus they covered all my shit before i signed for the thing.


but even though its suppose to be over they still keep trying to get me to agree to shit.

 

Anything to weasel out of a payout, even if it means a shift of liability and a smaller payout.

sounds like her brother knows one because he was involved in a accident out in cali when he lived out there where the other guy tried fucking him over. so we shall see
