    I wait days sometimes. Thats why my skids have gone three winters and are just now getting a tiny bit of rust and i have beaten the ever living piss out of them :oops:

    List of things to do at or around 100k:

    Replace front calipers? at least clean the piss out of them anyway...
    Drums
    Hardware
    Shoes
    Wheel cylinders
    New brake lines (as needed)
    Stainless braided brake lines
    Full brake fluid flush

    Front diff, rear diff, transfer case fluid change

    Replace front diff breathers and extend higher

    Strip and repaint @Mobtown Offroad skidplates

    Clean frame and examine rust areas
    Inspect exhaust
    Replace blower motor
    Window tint

    I have a lot in mine. Happens when driving like an asshole over bumpy terrain. I even tried drilling a hole to stop the crack, then welding it closed. Next trip out it cracked right next to it.

    I think I may weld some thicker sheet metal on there to attempt to reinforce it. We’ll see if it works but I’m not too optimistic.

    I guess we'll just monitor it and see how much worse it gets.

    I am NOT happy with how badly the energy suspension stuff corroded after one winter already. So i may explore something else for cab and radiator mounts

    its a known issue with tacomas. best thing i can think of is to buy a new core support, reinforce it and then install it.
