idk how to explain it. its just a little too loud for my liking but like i said, maybe its because it ends right underneath my back seats and there's no pipe beyond the flowmaster lol

 

I will get a video tomorrow. But here's how it looks. It has a lip at the outlet so you can add some exhaust piping on there. I shortened the hanger for it because it hung really low. Now it sits just above the bottom of the frame. It ends just in front of the leaf spring.

 

After re organizing stuff and pulling some "Austin powers stuck in the hallway" moves. I was able to get the focus and the truck into the garage haha

 

What was the u bolt flip kit you guys recommended? My current u bolts that came with my Deavers won’t fit with my 3* shims so looking at redoing it all

 

I use a wheelers u bolt flip kit. It incorporates the super bump stops and the plates will also work if I upgrade to hydro bumps in the future.

 

Starting a project today if the metal gets delivered. I’m going to build a platform to sleep on with storage underneath. It won’t be fancy or have all the pull out drawers but it will work, for now. Well once I get a cap.

 

I also plan on going with the Wheelers Ubolt flip kit (with super bumps)

I asked around and confirmed that it will work/be long enough for HD dakars and 3* shims.

 

I've got the same kit and the u-bolts are super long.

 

Will it still allow a hydro bump stop?

yes, I run hydro bumps with the wheelers ubolt flip kit.

 

here is the kit with bump stops, you will notice that the striker plate is the same one used for the hydro bumps.

Speaking of guns n' ammo what the flip is going on with the mag ban? I need to call the LGS and see if they can get some some standard mags for my handgun.

 

The mag ban was deemed Unconstitutional. And CA was directed to discontinue enforcement. But the facist CA Attorney General filed paper work seeking a stay on the directive.

Pretty much, he wants to continue the (proven and identified) infringement of basic Constitutional rights, until he can go to another Court that gives him a ruling that he likes.

Most shops are going to play it safe. This thing is too "up in the air" to order a quantity of merchandise they may end up getting stuck with.
