What i did was contact spyder directly and notify them that tacoma beast was selling their headlights but the product page never mentions that they are spyder headlights. I told him I felt like I was scammed. Robert Theys responded to me and told me the part sounded like it was defective. ( which we all know the part is not effective it’s just a piece of shit headlight). but I had an email from a Spyder employee telling me I had defective headlights. So now Tacoma Beast has to give me a refund and a free shipping label. I had a Tacoma Beast employee contact me directly Here is tacoma beast phone number +1 (833) 482-6278.

Also I don’t know if I have mentioned this earlier but I have tried to leave a terrible review for the headlights on TacomaBeast.com and they Will not post my review to their site. I have submitted it over 10 times. Tacoma Beast is a scam as far as I’m concerned .

Just in case anyone else wants to be the judge of how bright the DRL is i have this picture that lets you easily compare the brightness of the OEM headlight DRL to the Spyder DRL.

(passenger side is OEM and I have unpluged the Driver side OEM to plug in the spyder headlight which sits on top of the OEM.)

It’s a combination of crappy emitters (LEDS) and poor light transmission(the big white blob in the shape of the DRL).
This is why OEM and higher grade manufactures use a CLEAR DRL bar with proper optics to project all the light though in the most efficient way.
