    You've never bothered me.

Just wish it (the info) was more detailed. That seems awful cheap for a campsite. I kinda remember it being more than that when I was a kid to camp in a State Forest.

I did see that MVA registered vehicles don't need an ORV permit on DNR lands so that is good. I'm sure those are expensive.

This is literally the perfect place inside of maryland to get your tires muddy, have a great time, and not have to worry about destroying anything.

As for the St Johns Rock trail you mentioned, i did it today in 20minutes. Its 90% groomed gravel. I go to college with a kid who regularly takes his stock subaru up there. Its boring. But, it does have breakers to jump if you’re trying to test out long travel :boink:

Isn't someone selling their truck on here we know? A buddy of mine wants as new as possible with zero work to be done. Doesn't need it all tricked out either.

I must be seeing a different St. Johns replacing the Green Ridge ORV Park.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Akg6LkfUJ5o

These maps are way cool (better than what found). I see a "fuel" symbol on the second map. Guess that means I could fill up when I get there and then again before heading home. No need to bring fuel. That's nice. I imagine it gets busy being the only one up there though.

There are fuel options in Little Orleans, Flintstone, Paw Paw, and the outskirts of cumberland.

No Rob, we’re talking about the same St Johns. Thats literally a tiny rock garden in a field with nothing around it. Its kind of a joke. Meaning if you go up there with a vehicle built to conquer that rock garden, its literally, THE ONLY thing you can do with it. Because everything else is completely groomed and all the “trails” are ATV and motorcycle only. Maybe SxSs if they’re narrow enough.

That seems kinda pointless to take something built for a rock garden to. I guess I could see where it might be good to learn at? Or to see if you like rock gardens? Idk.

I mean the driver of the second jeep looked bored as shit. And the first jeep looked mostly stock height with maybe some armor and had zero issues.

Exactly. It is a great place for locals to test...Or someone to try their hand at a rock garden.

The camping up there is also just one parking lot with some grass and motor home hook ups. Basically its intended for people to bring their kids and ATVs to.

They probably made the “rock garden” out of rocks that they gathered up from the sides of the road as they were grading and grooming it.

But after talking to people, its regarded in this area as a joke.

EDIT: but seeing as its about an hour west of Green Ridge, i’d recommend you go to some other offroad park that offers more and has a rock garden

Here is a map of St Johns for you to compare....

    http://www.garretttrails.org/uploads/3/4/1/3/34137834/433800_orig.jpg

The maps i sent you are of Green Ridge. Completely 100% disregard St Johns rock pretty much for the rest of your life after this post, UNLESS you’re looking for a place to be bored to tears on an ATV.
