The 2019 Tacoma’s are crap...

I’m on my SECOND Tacoma and vibrations, vibrations, vibrations. 20-30 mph on acceleration and deceleration and 60-70 mph cruising and acceleration. Please tell me there’s fix for steering wheel and gas pedal vibrations. I’ve even added Dynamat Extreme dampening material to the gas pedal and steering wheel column to see if it would help and it has but STILL more than a new vehicle should vehicle and Toyota says “it’s normal” and they have no fix...

 

I have none. Can always get rid of it since 0 for 2.

Gosh no. If anything I find a good used F150.

 

Have you test-driven a different SR5? These trucks are not known for smooth or quiet rides.

 

Would love to but I’ve already lost two much money trading in a new one for another new one that at the time didn’t do it as bad.

 

good and used cant be used in the same sentence as Ford or F150

I’ve test driving about 4 so far. I got one that didn’t do it as bad at the time and 1000 it has gotten worst.

 

Man if you traded in on a new one and didn’t test drive it enough to see if it had the same issues that’s on you. Sucks but kinda your own fault at this point

LOL, this is why we always demand pics and video (and audio). Because it's massively subjective. Our perspectives are warped by experience. My wife's Acura is quiet and smooth. Our trucks are lumbering beasts by comparison.

 

Bummer I saw a few weeks back that dealers are installing a rubber damper onto the steering column. Seems like a bandaid fix.

Keep up and pay attention. I test drove it and at the time it didn’t do it bad at all since “they all do it some). 1000 miles later it’s gotten worst and more irritating. I test drove 4 before getting the second one.
