    Taco/4Runner ownership is the best combo. For the type of stuff I do I can't think of a better combo from any manufacturer. Now if I was city life, I'm sure there are plenty. But for comfortable, off-road capable rigs, they are hard to beat! And generally pretty reliable once you get your tsb's done :rofl:

    Yea I feel you. I had a 4x2 I4 MT taco for 10 years and now I have a 4x4 V6 AT that I probably won't ever sell and eventually make a dedicated trail rig with it once I can get some more space to have a second vehicle as a DD.

    My brother just bought an EarthCruiser (he just couldn't let me have the biggest truck in the family :(). Just took his second trip with it, he's in Baja right now:

    And there lies my hesitation... really depends on what our long term outlook is.... if we are heading back to Texas anytime in the foreseeable future, car stays... it chews up highways wonderfully...
    But, if it is determined we are staying..... the car will go. She drove it for the first time today in months....

    I almost ordered 315/75-16s, but I just ordered a set of KM3s in 255/85-16.... I am going to stay in the small tire club a bit longer.

    Look, not to be blunt, but people still remember the last time you had someone do a lift for you and that person didn't get paid. Plus weren't you a tech? Why would you need help with a lift or even the bushing since you have the removal tool, the install tool, you can buy the whole kit for $35 at harbor freight for the same tool you'll get through ECGS

    I gotcha and understand. Dont need help with either I'm taking care of both this weekend. After several vids of the bushing I'm pretty sure I can tackle it. I was looking for an experienced welder that can do some good welds that's all.
