Welcome, what kind of mods are you wanting to do to your truck? You can pretty much do a search on here and find just about any kind of mod you can think of.

I was thinking of putting full skid plates On first. The factory skid plates are only 1/16 thick so

In between both to be honest. I’ve taken it out 5-6 times in the couple months I’ve owned it. Nothing crazy but want to get into it more.

You can always snag a 1st Gen 4x4 for a good price and have fun with it.

Honestly @JCOOR 's not wrong, and neither is @shakerhood . 2WD is not made for off-roading unless you're going full-speed dune bashing :bikewhoops::mudding:. There's no low range gear reduction. I agree, either trade it in, or keep it and buy a 1st Gen 4X4, or a Toyota Pick-Up

I understand yalls opinion. Personally I use my truck mainly as a pick up truck. Not doing any serious trails getting over rocks or anything. Just would like to get out w my buddies more and do some cool things to my truck because I can and it’s my truck.
