Took my 2019 Cement last weekend (after 2 days of picking it up from the dealer) to a trip to the best place on earth BAJA, to watch an offroad race in Laguna Salada.
This weekend we will be going to Laguna Hanson (also in Baja) for a camping trip.
And getting ready to go to the SCORE San Felipe 250 race the weekend after, where we'll be helping in the pit's for a friend.

Being an offroad racer myself my Tacoma will get a lot Baja action.
Upgrades coming soon: King shocks, Method wheels and BFG KO2 Tires.

factory side step, didn't get a chance to do anything to it yet, haven't even got to put it in 4 wheel mode yet. Lame, but I work a lot.
Unfortunately I haven't even put my 18 off road model in to 4x4 mode. I'm jealous looking at all these posts. And now I'm going to sell it never having had the fun. To me it is the perfect truck, 4x4 off road access cab, cement gray, skid plate, side steps, Platinum warranty package. still in showroom shape, I didn't even get to get scratches on it, or mud covering it. 15k mile all highway:( Pretty Lame.

Went To Azusa this weekend, ideally try to skip it since it's a small & boring little offroad playground but it was a good spot to mess with the drone. Water looked very clear

Hey- did your carpet get wet? I spent some time under mine filling in holes left from removing my OEM tube steps and wondered if there was anything else I missed.

I also rerouted the rear differential breather, did I miss anything else for water crossings?

Your aerials look great, shows off how clean the water was you were crossing, too!

No water got inside but my truck but I kept momentum going as well as did most of the other drivers. The drivers who stopped or got stuck ended up having water inside the cab

I didn't do the breather mod and I never did it on my prior trucks. This is probably the deepest my truck will see and it's most likely still safe levels before needing the breather relocation.

If you went ahead and did those mods you should definitely be confident to cross most streams. Make sure your intake doesn't drown - cross slowly. As fun as it looks to mash thru it, don't lol

Thanks man first time playing with cameras and I'm starting to enjoy the shots more than I expected. I'll try to keep uploading from the trips!

I also thought about closing all the windows, and hitting the blower on high in order to create back pressure inside the truck. That might help a bit too, possibly better if I close those vents behind the rear seats as well. But I’m not driving a submarine, that’s for sure!
