Do you have a USB dongle that came with the kit? If not, you are dongless
Did you purchase the kit after Mid-2018? if you did, you are dongless.

I guess I am dongless, because I'd bought it this year last month. The kit just arrived today.

Without a doubt. Follow the dongless instructions and you'll be good to go.

Did everyone buy the full kit ($770) or the kit without obd cable ($600)?

Thanks, still researching this idea. Not sure I’m computer savvy enough to do it.

Watch the video in the first post. Walks you through the entire process step by step - it’s super simple

It’s not bad. Plus there are plenty of people here who are willing to help. After you watch the video.

I ordered the full kit too. and am not super good on computer stuff but as long as you watch the video and read the instructions twice.. its not hard to figure out I just took it one step at a time. and be sure your anti virus is off. once I figured out how to turn that off it was easy. I recommend getting it.

I made a bit of progress tonight on getting my setup to work. Thanks for the tips from other Bootcamp on Mac users: @rdpoe @Shellshock @SpeySquatch

I had to do Run as Administrator when opening the OVTune flash manager. Now I can fully connect the OBD. Using Datalogger, when I hit Connect, the red and yellow LEDs on the Tactrix do a rapid blink.

Something still seems to be wrong with my registration and I am working with @OVTune to fix this. I am hoping the conversion from no dongle to dongle does the trick. The dongle I just received is not recognized when I try to run PCMFlash.
