You might need hydrochloric acid to get that Alabama mud off. :D

That shit is crazy. Though the tire cleaner at the spray and wash car wash did awesome at cutting through it on my floor mats and under carriage. Little timid to spray the engine bay down with it. I am not a big fan of water in the engine bay not just from blowing my engine up but because of electrical issues.

Have you tried this stuff? https://amzn.to/2HUybrg Superclean foam with a soft bristle brush does wonders but you do need to rinse it off good.

Naw but I saw your video on it :D. Just not a fan after having to fix so many cars from people washing their engine bays. I know the connectors and electronics of today are nothing like they were when I first started wrenching for a living but so many distributors and stuff having issues with water just moisture in the air kinda steered me away from washing engines. I think I should just put my big boy pants on and try a good cleaner and then scrubbing it and then rinsing gently not anything high pressure.

That's the key right there. I use my garden hose on the low shower setting to rinse everything off. High pressure is a recipe for disaster under the hood.

Yeah don't know how the apartment complex would feel with making the wash station a mud pit. I did it once and it stayed like that for a few weeks. Felt bad for the rest of the people that live here.

Hats made by Queensboro Shirt Company. Here's a pic of the navy blue back with velcro adjuster.
