    I do that in the pressure cooker, and then add fideo pasta right after releasing pressure. It's done 5 minutes after that. The chicken disintegrates, and the seasonings get into everything.

    Then I add smoked cayenne to my bowl, and it's like I'm back in Korea. Sooooooo (sniff) good!
