Nice, congrats...when I was in community college doing photojournalism we did the JACC event every year (Journalism Association of Community Colleges) I won a couple awards in that. It was a lot of fun to go to, we used to do the statewide competitions in Sacramento

    https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo...er-compromise-over-ownership-of-monkey-selfie

Monkey took a selfie with a photographers camera, the photographer published the image and then PETA sued him on behalf of the monkey because he used the monkey's portrait "without permission"...actually they claimed the monkey owned the rights to the photo. The photographer had to settle out of court with them.

so I guess even wildlife photographers face the same dilemma.

Also there's not much money to be made in wildlife photography, same with photojournalism. Hell even photography in general, just not as lucrative as it used to be back in the 70s-90s. Digital and smartphones made photography so accessible to everyone that good photography isn't unique to professionals anymore. Not a bad thing, it just is what it is. Have to find new ways to adapt just like with any other industry that goes through change.

Little spendy to take a chance on when a Land cruiser forum is already established. It would be about as good an idea as creating a forum site for only third gens...

Why's it so expensive? I pay like $10 a year for my domain on my website. I don't know anything about this stuff but I only pay a small fee to Godaddy each year for the domain and another $70 fee annually to the company that built my site.

The keywords are normal words, which drive the price up, and it isn't overly long. Makes it desirable if a company we're to come along

Wow I didn't know that had such a huge effect on the upfront cost of a domain, crazy.
