Didn't say there weren't cheaper options. I was looking for a certain compressed/extended length as well as type. Billies are a really good budget option. I love the 6112s i have on the front of my truck and the b110s I use to have.

Well dang. Priced out an ADS suspension system from Headstrong, and if I sold all my suspension bits for a fair price, it would still run me about $2300 after compensating for the sold bits. :bananadead:

Ballistic Fab had horrible fulfillment issues and allegedly wrecked a customers vehicle and left the customer to deal with it. ADS is in the same building. Not sure if they’re in bed together but it’s too sketchy for us to consider. Ballistic was banned pirate4x4 as a vendor due to their shit practices.

If you can afford King, consider getting them from Thuren Fabrications. Thuren does custom valving and that shit is AWESOME. You tell him about your truck configuration, your mods(weight), ride height, leaf springs, etc. and your future goals or intentions. He has like five stages of ride quality and will fine tune the valving for YOUR truck. We have Thuren Kings on the Powerwagon. He also does Tacomas, Tundras, and 4Runners. Just shoot him an email and he will respond back promptly. We are impressed with the product and service.

I went with AccuTune and they were awesome to deal with just like your experience with Thuren. It's good to go with a company that does stuff like that over just getting some off the shelf stuff, especially when once you get into playing with these style of shocks they'll really shine when tuned correctly.

There’s really no increase in price for Thuren valved Kings vs other options. So why not get some kick ass customer service and a custom product.

I would have Thuren on my runner but I can decide if I’m keeping it. Lol.

Same goes with AccuTune. I looked at other places and they wanted anywhere from 60-120 extra for custom valving ridiculous.

Just keep the runner and get some Kings!!!!

So did you get a kick back for that review? It reads like a big time buy me review. Huge buy me review. I don't think you would sell out, but hell money speaks.

Nah. No compensation. No one sponsors me. Or Ryan. I wish they would. We have plenty of vehicles that need sponsors.

    Odd question ...
To me, in the US market, it seems like Toyota picked up where International stopped (trucks in 1975, the 4x4 in 1980).
Even the designs seem to almost have a cross-lineage. (Maybe, I’m stretching it, but they visually seem that way to me.)

Anyways, Internationals were nicknamed “Cornbinders” or “Corn Binder” (due to their agricultural roots).
Would “Ricebinder”/“Rice Binder” be funny or offensive .... (in reference to a Toyota truck, particularly the Taco)?
