    Just posing another scenario here-
    What if the BMW owner is a big dude and needs to open the door all the way to get in and out so he buys two parking tickets so he can park in such a way that it's easier to get in and out?

    * probably not the case, but just a thought.

    I also have no issue with someone buying two parking passes so long as the parking lot isn't packed to where you circle it for says looking for a spot.
