    No headache for you either?? How the hell do you fellas do that? I drink one cup of coffee a day (sometimes maybe a cup and a half) and I want to stop. If I don’t slowly wean myself down I have migraine by afternoon!!!

    I quit cold turkey a few years ago and by day four I made the proper decision to get back on soda right way. This time I can't. I need to kick this habit. I'm 50 pounds overweight and even fat chicks don't like that.

    I might look into the 8 once cans much later for a once in a while sip. I need to join a gym. I just want to look good naked.

    The thing that has helped me the most to kick off more movement in order to lose weight is get out and start walking, hiking etc. I can't help with the sodas though...I just started drinking the diet ones recently, but they say they will kill us just as fast only in a different way...
