Florida B.S. Thread

Just a little PSA for those that have asked, but I will no longer be doing any side work (welding,sliders, racks, bumpers, etc). My day job is no longer allowing me the time to do such. I'm going to finish up what jobs I physically have in my possession, but that will be it for me once those are complete.

 

Busy as fuck at work ?

 

Yup. I've essentially been working 6 days a week for 9 years now here. I rarely even get a two day weekend so I cherish my time off and doing side work just isn't something I'm able to do anymore.

 

Totally understand just make sure you still have time to go fishing. The seas are calming down.

 

I’m right there with ya. Taking a extended time off from side work also once I finish up. 2 jobs thing is killing personal time and family time

 

Went two weeks ago. Saw some sails but no damn fish. I think it was full moon enough to make you angry.

 

My neighbor with the Jeep Captains the Gypsy out of Clearwater, they've been killing it lately.

This was sunday catch with 6 guys fishing.

 

Oh for sure. Once turkey season is over, I'll be on the water

I feel ya though. 6 days a week would probably kill me. Tried it once and it didn't last long...of course, I was working about 80 hours a week and once the boss kept us out there for a 27 hour shift. It sucked.

 

Yea, it's just become a burden at this point to do side work. I get off work and know I can't just go home and relax anymore. Ever since Tim's truck finally left, I've just been over everything.

 

I forgot to "Show this" when we got it ...…

The misc repairs have been haunting BUT this 'Lil truck is now FAMILY
