I've got a buzzing noise from right door speaker when I accelerate. As soon lower my rpms to cruising speed the buzz will stop, and if i come to a hill, and accelerate, it will buzz again. Any suggestions on what it could be?

I had a Pioneer AVH-4100DVD, 10" Kicker sub, and 400.1 Kicker Amp with a Capacitor installed, however I have not touched the door speakers.

Are you sure it is coming from the door and not the glove box area?

Is it a really loud rattle or a lite rattle? My truck had a rattle coming from behind the glove box and I know some others had the same issue. I lowered my glove box and reached back behind there and wiggled some stuff around then the rattling stopped.

Its not loud really, just frustrating in an 09. I would describe it as a buzz, very similar to bee, coming from low in the passengers side. I've been told it could a loose ground in my speaker, but was hoping to get in confirmed before i went on a mad rage throughout the dealership.

Thats the same exact noise mine had and also the others. I also thought it was coming from the speaker area but it wasnt. It sounded like it was more from the passengers foot area.

Yeah no problem. I'm not exactly sure what caused it but the wiggling stopped it!!

Do some searches on glovebox buzzing. My 09 was doing the same thing, sounded like it was the passenger front speaker. What fixed mine was taking the glovebox out, behind the glovebox there is a wire bundle wrapped in a semi-hard plastic wrapping. Take a few zip ties and tighten them around the plastic. Buzzing gone....

Also heard that bending the wire bundle holder that is inside the engine bay also fixes the buzzing.

I had a neighbor that installed some speakers in his truck and he had a problem with the driver door speaker buzzing like crazy. Once I took the speaker out I found that he had not dressed the wires properly and it was resting against the back side of the speaker cone. You may have a similar situation. Make sure the cone is clear of anything that might touch it from behind.

The door speakers havnt been touched, unless its a problem from the factory. But who knows really.. Ill prob try to get some more info on the glovebox buzzing. It could be from there, its hard to pinpoint exactly while driving.

Did you end up finding the problem? I had the glovebox off like the posts said, a found a bunch of wiring harnesses and stuff... Nothing appeared to be the cause.. But ill zip tie the wire bundles tighter maybe..

It's the large wire bundle that leads out of the computer.
