Are you one of those that flies your drone to snap sweet overlanding pics for the gram?

Anyways......aside from all the :duel:going on here, our 4Runner bro points something important out for would-be RTT guys. When you get your truck home, you gotta set it up again in your driveway to dry out. This may not work if you are not fortunate enough to have a secure driveway, or need to use the vehicle.

I have to agree with these comments. In my opinion, any tent whether it is an RTT, ground tent, pop-up camper tent ...should be aired out to dry before being stored. For me this is really a non issue and does not persuade me either way in this thread. I am an avid backpacker that is thinking about adding an RTT to my collection of tents.

I watch his stuff from time to time when it autoplays and it's hilarious how uninformed he is but I will say that he took responsibility for packing the tent away wet and leaving it for like 3 weeks.

Either way the crap he pulls is ridiculous and they just throw gear at him. We need more channels like Ronny Dahl who actually provide valid information, not yuppie "influencers" getting free shit just so they can fuck it up or change their mind 3 months later and get a new free piece.

Before I venture out on extreme overland adventures, I unroll the sleeping bag I keep in my cab and place it in the bed. I then put a cooler and a pillow in the bed.

    Then I overland.

Then when I want to sleep, I open the tailgate and crawl in. When I wake up, I exit the bed and enter the cab. Then I drive away.

There is no mold. Or moving parts.

No. I'm the dude that's been camping with a $70 tent since I was 16 and got my license. I go places to do things. Is that all you really have to lean on is weak ass gram comments? Haha. You must be the type that likes to listen yourself talk
Yeah. We did 179 miles in the back country this last Nov. Got some early snow and it was great. Normally by December it's too deep to go back there on anything besides snowshoes or tracks. One of the guys with us who lives in that neck of the woods had a drone he fired up. Was cool seeing how far everything stretched. At are farthest I think we were 60 miles or so to the closest town. Was a real fun time. Cool night. 9* haha. Could have been worse

Fuck yeah Ronny. Every once in awhile you come across someone on YouTube who isn’t trying to be something to be something. He is a sharer of knowledge.

People are gonna hate on anything you do. If you benefit from something and would like it, get it. You work for it like anyone else so who really cares if you want a RTT, a drone to take pics, or their girlfriend in your tent. Do you. My .02
